PC Yellow elecrtic light glow

Is there a console hack or something to lower the amount of yellow glow from holding the wire tool.

Its very hard to see anything.

Lol.  Not sure about a way to lower that from console, but I think lighting can be changed in XML, though I haven't looked.  Not sure about that specific lighting, though.

That's what I was hoping for, maybe someone knows what to change in what XML, if I am lucky.
