xml help: item_modification buff does not apply on login

EDIT: Deleted this whole post while trying to edit :(

Issue was that buffs activated by an item-mod did not stay active when relogging.

Solved: by using a CVar with each item mod, then checking for that CVar with buffStatusCheck01
