Xbox Series X and PC Crossplay

Hi,

I am quite excited about the crossplay launch for 7 days to die but would just like to ask if I need to purchase the game twice to play on pc?

So I have bought the latest version on my Xbox series x but now crossplay is getting released normally the game would appear in my Xbox app on my pc too and I should be able to play it there.

For example if I play techtonica or Minecraft or whatever on my Xbox I can turn my Xbox off, load up my pc and resume my progress/game from there in the Xbox app on pc.

Will this be the case for 7 days to die? Or are the Xbox and pc versions separate and I need to buy the pc version again?  I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere so thought I would reach out here on the hopes this question can be answered.

Many thanks

Owning the game on the console, does not typically give access to the game on the PC. However MS Store gets a bit weird with this sometimes, and they might allow access between Console and MS Store PC.

Assume that you will need to purchase it on both platforms, because that is the normal expected outcome.
