I’ve been experiencing a horrible bug the past couple days: zombies will sometimes be invisible, and the ones that aren’t are unkillable. I physically can’t attack them. Both of them are able to kill me though. I bought the game digitally.

I had the unkillable issue once on the PS4 and I found that clearing the cache fixed it for me. I would suggest trying that at first. If that doesn’t work I would submit all the info requested in the stickied thread so Clare can forward that to the team. I hope the cache clearing works though .

How do I do that? Uninstall and ReInstall?

It's going to be a different process on Xbox than it was for him on PS4. You can probably find a video about it on youtube.

Simply shut down and unplug the console for 5 minds before rebooting. Sometimes with this bug a hard reset does the trick too.
