Xbox Gameplay 50,000+ Ping

Whenever I join two of my friends servers, I cannot play as my ping spikes to 50,000+ at times. Server host has perfect ping, other player has ping in the thousands as well. Anyone else have this issue? If so how was it fixed?

 
Yes, this has been happening to me. I have a great connection and one buddy is having over 100k sometimes 200k ping, there are periods where he has a good amount of ping at around 200. My other friends ping was nearly perfect at all times until today where it is reaching 50k. We couldn't even play together tonight, had to shut it down.

 
Why when I play with a friend does their ping go to crazy ping levels I mean like 53,000+ and if I join them it's the same for me
