WOTW now A21, But Won't Add Trader POI's

I have tried fresh game downloads, multiple complete file wipes and reloads, and for some reason it isn't adding trader POIs to generated maps.  Could it be a config file setting?  All the traders are in the POI file, and I am even contemplating adding them manually, but this should be working.

Four times I have completely removed the files, cleaned the cache, and downloaded a clean install of Alpha 21, WOTW main files, and refreshed the mods.

Not sure what else I can do?

Problem fixed.  Deleted every last bit of 7 Days, even ModLauncher and now it seems to be working.  Have no clue what the problem was.

Please delete.
