Won’t load after upgrading to windows 11

Upgraded to win11 last night and now the game won’t load at all. The load screen flickers for like a tenth of a second and then nothing. The steam button just reverts to play again. I’ve been through every guide and nothing helps. Any ideas here?

 
Most likely because you didn't install your GPU drivers after the updates finished.
