PC will the window and door bug be fixed in A17?

I have wondered about that for caves your build into the side of cliff sides. When it snows, the snow level rises even when you have a door closed. Does it also do that when your entire house is closed in (all blocks repaired)

 
If the door to your cave doesn't have a "porch" of some kind it will let in snow or rain. You get wet standing under a closed hatch or a window/door that doesn't have some kind of awning over it.

 
I have a room that has two rows of reinforced concrete for a ceiling, the walls are 3 blocks thick steel and reinforced concrete, and the only entrance is a pair of vault doors like an airlock. When it snows, the entire floor of the room is covered.

It's a tad annoying to say the least.
