Where's my character :<

Hello! I recently just re-installed the game itself to play with friends and every time I attempt to make a character this happens

I'm just super confused on what happened. And every time I use a pre-made character they look like they've been swimming in liquid charcoal :miserable:

Go into steam and verify your files. If that doesnt work, maybe try going into the launcher and try wiping the settings and save data. Just guessing, Not super savvy with all that but that is what I would try first. I have a vague recollection of that happening to me and one of those solved it.
