PC Where to post bug reports?

I checked the support tab but it says nothing is posted there. I'm trying to report graphical glitches I keep seeing at the entrances of some POI's.

 
There is a link to the bug report section in the first post of this topic:



However, where exactly you are supposed to create a report once you get to that section, I have no idea.
EDIT: Nevermind, I see it. You go to the Bug Pool section and "Add New Record"

You can make those go away by typing "pois" (no quotes) and hitting enter in the console (F1).
