PC where do I post bugs?

I've got one point in daring adventurer and should be getting three mission rewards but very frequently two of them are the same thing such as 2 vitamins, something else,  3 vitamins another time two antibiotics something else, three antibiotics.

I did look around for a bug report page and couldn't find it. 19.4 b7

For me, there is a green banner at the top of every page labeled "Reporting bugs for pc version".

You can also click on the Create menu up by your name upper right corner. Don't hate me because I have the second option that I crossed out....
