While I 100% agree with this statement, I'm kinda looking forward to it just being released so the real mod storm can happen.  Once we no longer have a moving target to aim for it will be far easier to mod the game and make all kinds of "new games" from that point forward.  I can easily imagine the modding bringing in lots of players, old and new (more income for TFP).
