When it storms in other biomes the biome fogs up

Simple when you go near a biome that has a storm going you get a sigh telling you that a storm in going on over there like fog blocking the biome, harsher wind blowing. Etc

It's hard if not impossible to tell when you enter the biome and BOOM a storm
