When I run the game, POIs appear as pink until I get close, then they load in. This is causing my game to crash.

I saw something about Vulkan being the problem but I do not know what that is and have no recollection of installing that.

Change to DirectX or GLCore using the Launcher menu.

With that hardware, you should be using DirectX for rendering and not Vulkan.
