Yep, wheel chair zombies. Zombies that are crawling on the ground, dragging their wheel chairs with them. They should be rare and only spawn in certain buildings, but it would add much needed variety and be creepy.

Kenshi had something similar, where you started off with a guy missing one arm, and his arms and legs were broken.

But seriously, wheel chairs would make one grim prop. You see the short bus, you see a broken wheel chair and gore blocks next to it, and BAM visual story telling at it's finest.
