Alpha21.2 BETA 14??? or what ist the B meaning before the 14?

but A 21.2 is alltime > A alpha??? (because my friend says that this b14 version is a beta from 7 days...) but 7 days is everytime a alpha or?

 
It's even more confusing because Steam doesn't have a designation for Alpha, and all of the versions you can choose from are in the "Betas" tab.

Each minor version is numbered a21.1 a21.2 a21.3 and so on. Major builds are a20 a21 a22 ect.

Each minor version has different builds. Basically each time TFP updates the client, there is a new build. Hence the build number. So a21.2 b14 is the 14th iteration of a21.2. 

 
Ya Alphas were never intended to be played by anyone other than internal testers, but then early access became the norm in indie game dev. Gotta feed those hippos somehow.

 
I'll link to this topic. Does anyone of you know when A21.2 will be released in the Stable version for PC ?
