Probably can be removed/commented out if you wanted or server owner wanted.

i.e. level 1 of do it yourself for mechanical parts, level 2 for electrical parts, and level 3 for electronic components

I was just clarifyng were the original mod came from, as i usually like to do. Bit i can tell you that, when you don't have the scrap is because you need to level skills like electronics and such. I don't remember which is which without looking at the xml or mod documentation

I don't think you can do anything with them in Ravenhearst but will ask now to be sure.

You need the correct doityourself perk level to scrap mechanical, electronic or electric items
