What is this block?

As title, what block is this? I cant place item there, whatever block point there get placed above that blue block. I can't deconstruct that blue block even using Dev item.

Does the log event 'Waiting for lock to release: tryLoadItem' relate to this block?

Edit: try to teleport to the coordination provided by log file, it does place me at this block

That is just a selection block.  To remove it, just press backspace.  It's not an actual block.

After removing it, if you can't place something on the ground, then there's something in the way.  Most often, if you can't see something, it's because something broke there and you have a tiny piece of dirt floating in that area.  You would need to look closely to find it and then hit it with something... or just break all terrain under it in a 9x9 radius and make sure those spikes are gone and whatever was there would fall and break.  Then refill with terrain and replace the spikes and you should be able to place something there.

So, the backspace does make the blue block disappear.

I have tried to destroy all terrain and building in a 9x9 radius, but the "Waiting for lock to release: tryLoadItem" still persist at that block, nothing fall and break, i cannot place something there too.

Any command to reset the locked block?

I've never seen that message.  It might be from a mod if you have a mod installed.  But nothing should remain in a location if there isn't anything there to support it.
