Weird Crop Happenings

In my garden I have 2 or so spots I cant place anything anymore and Im not sure y , there doesnt seem to be a ghost block or anything but I wish I could solve this problem and not restart to fix it. Ideas to fix?

 
what (if any) mods are involved and are you on an old save game, sp or p2p or dedi, rwg or random map. could even be a very very tiny particle left from digging the ground. maybe if you can zip up the map and provide a link so someone can open it and help.

I dont know if itll help but can try selecting the gap with a z box then replacing with air with the block replacement tool. That or nuke the area with a cr
