Water Collectors

Given the occasional snow and rain, would a rain collector be something interesting to add?

Maybe it could be upgraded, level 1 being a bucket type thing , the upper levels having mod spaces for filters / taps for filling jars.

Just something that came up in the game i'm playing with friends at the moment.

Yes, it needs to be a thing. Wouldn't rain water also be safer to drink? but it would still be nice to have if you build a base too far from a water source.
