"Wasteland" mod question.

I do not know if drinking the sunset sarsaparilla should be giving us star bottle caps? (ones needed to hire the NPC's)

I could only find one video dedicated to the star caps and they were getting a star bottle cap every drink. Not sure if I have bad RNG if it is RNG based or it had been changed since that video if anyone knows how to get them or where to look for them it would be appreciated.

It's only about a 25% chance to get one from the drink. They can be found in trash and in other random loot.
