Wasteland mod help required.

I have been trying to get The Wasteland mod to load, but I keep getting stuck on the building environment part with EXC NullRefrenceExeption: Object not set to an instance of an object. 

Here are the logs from my latest attempt.  Please Help.

Not sure why you posted here, not close to the right place for this.

Log shows you are running 1.0. Need to be on 21.2 to run the mod currently. Also make sure if you roll back to 21.2 you delete that 0_TFP_Harmony folder from your Mods folder.

 
Sorry to post in the wrong place, this is the first time I am reaching out for help, I can generally find the answers on my own, I am glad you found it though.  Okay so I have reverted the game back to 21.2 and I get another Null Reference alert.  This log is much longer and it wont let me post the whole thing on Pastebin. Here is the very end of the end of the log.

I know that you probably need the whole log to figure out what's wrong but please any help is appreciated.

Start at the top of the log and copy as much as you can. The important bits are usually closer to the top.

Make sure you actually have 21.2 versions of all mods though.
