Vortex not launching game?

I've used Vortex with FO4, Skyrima and Masquerade Bloodlines before, with no issue. HOWEVER, I am struggling to get it to work with 7 Days to Die.

For some reason, if I DON'T have any mods installed, I can launch through Vortex, but as soon as I've installed this mod I can't launch through Vortex - and when manually launching through Steam, the texture changes don't appear.... can anyone shed any light on this?

Vortex doesn't work with 7 Days. THe only thing Nexus is really good for is hosting the files. You will need to install the mods manually. The original location of the mod is here, and has installation instructions.

Also, that mod hasn't been updated since Alpha 18. It is not likely to work on the current version of the game. It appears to be abandoned atm, and has not received any updates.
