Summary: All keybinds had been reset upon launching my 19.1 Stable client. For the first time, controller key maps don't exist for Vehicle Forward & Reverse. On a vehicle, cannot move with left stick. In Controller Settings, forward/back on left stick are shown as --UNUSED--. There is no option to change binds for controllers as they're in the Registry and incomprehensible.

Bug Description: As of 19.1, controller key maps don't exist for Vehicle Forward & Reverse. On a vehicle, cannot move with left stick. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Mount a vehicle using controller
2) Press forward/back on left stick.
3) Open Controls, navigate to Controller Binds,
4) Click right option to change to Vehicle controls
5) Press Defaults on keybind menu.
6) Repeat 1-4.
7) Manually change controller binds.
Actual result:
#2: Vehicle will not move.
#4: Controller binds will say --UNUSED-- for Left Stick Vehicle controls.
#6: No change.
#7: No option to change controller binds
Expected result:
#2: Vehicle moves as usual.
#4: Controller binds say "Forward" & "Reverse" for Left Stick Vehicle controls.
