V2.2 Electrical Bugs and Wrong Game Distribution

Version
V2.2 Stable
Platform
Windows
The very first bug of 2.2 I encountered was upon login. I can only play offline on Steam because the distribution released was for Epic and can't connect to Epic online services. No duh, this is Steam... Should be an obvious fix, release the Steam distribution instead of the Epic distribution.

Now here's the main problem. Daisy chaining battery banks no longer works. When the first batter bank in the series runs out, it shuts off power to everything else. If you go to the second battery bank (or even the first) in the series and turn it off and back on, then everything is powered again as it should be. I remember that it used to be that the next battery bank in the chain would take over automatically once the previous battery bank ran out of power, but now it fails to do so. Toggling the batteries also results in none of the batteries continuing to drain any durability but still providing power to all connected electronics.

As a side note, some of the turrets that I had placed decided they were only going to draw 5W now instead of 15W. I have no idea what caused this or how to reproduce it though, but this was seen on an existing save. That could be the cause, but it is still abnormal behavior. I have not tried to reproduce this on a new save.

Reproduction Steps
Connect a solar generator to a battery bank, then connect that battery bank to another battery bank, repeat until 3-4 battery banks are connected in series. Connect electrical devices (such as turrets) to the last battery in the series until the draw is about 150W. From a full charge on all batteries, use debug mode to fix the game time to night so the solar is no longer powering the battery banks. Wait until the batteries in the first bank all run out of power. Check electrical devices and they will no longer be powered. Toggle the on/off button for the second battery bank and power will be restored. Toggling the on/off button for the first bank also results in the same. This is not how it should work; the next battery bank in the series should automatically take over once the previous battery bank is out of power, just like how solar banks are cut off at night and the battery banks are supposed to take over for them. To make this easier to test, you can reduce the durability of batteries using a mod. Further testing ended up revealing that toggling the other batteries in the series not only restores power but makes it so that all the electronics no longer use any battery durability.

What is Epic Online Services?

What is Epic Online Services?

Well I'm not a fan of Epic, so no wonder why I never heard of EOS. Either way, after updating to 2.2, it can never connect and only allows me to play offline. I can't see anywhere to edit the title or original post to correct that detail though.

When trying to play online, do you have a password entered in the game?
Just curious because I once had a strange bug where I encountered a similar problem and changing the password fixed it for me. When I play online, I play with my brother and set for only 2 players, so I found it weird to suddenly not being able connect to Epic Online Services until I changed the password for that specific map.
I'm no expert in any of this... Just trying to help.

No password, but that wouldn't help at all anyways. As soon as the game opens, it pops up a window that says it couldn't connect to Epic and gives me 3 buttons: retry, play offline, or quit. If I open the console while playing, its also constantly spamming warnings that it can't connect to EOS. That's why I thought it was a distribution issue, but in order to even play at all, I have to select the play offline option cause retry is useless and quit means I'll be playing a different game. I was playing 2.1 last week, didn't have any problems with it, and never got that pop-up message on starting the game. I'm hoping someone from TFP is paying attention so they can solve these bugs.
