just downloaded 2.0 but cannot load v1.4 save game, the file is red color and unable to click, is it just a bug or official not support anymore?
Thanks, I started this game since 1.0. Mean I need to create new game again...? all skills need to train again...This is expected.
You were told about this before 1.0.
Yup, welcome to early access .. no, wait, "pre-release software"? .. 1.0? Something like that, or all of the above, depending on the day and the topic.Mean I need to create new game again...? all skills need to train again...
any offical message say that 2.0 not support 1.x save? suppose 1.0 is not beta and should support officially.
But this is 1.0 announcement, still hope it won't happen in 2.0, waiting their official response.View attachment 34617April | 2024 | 7 Days to Die

Well, the fact that 1.4 supported saves from 1.0 is already not bad. But in a good way, even with these updates, it was necessary to start a new game. Since there were changes in POI, and in the saved game they remained old. In version 2.0, the reworks are more serious, in particular, the skills have changed. Only a new game. Thanks, I started this game since 1.0. Mean I need to create new game again...? all skills need to train again...
Due to all the changes, a 1.x save will not load in 2.0.Might be a silly question, but now console is in the mix i remember a conversation way back that updates could not break peoples older saves because of (i think it was from MS xbox) console rules . . . SO with 2.0 is this going to be like older Alpha updates that made old saves unplayable or will older saves from 1.0 still function?
I suspect whether a block blocks LOS for a Zamb is based on its default orientation as opposed to how it is actually placed. For instance the 1/2 block is default...
