V1.0 experimental Beta - Reverting back to normal game on steam

I have just switched to the beta new update on steam, i will be starting a fresh save but ive never done this before so wanted to know if i find too many bugs how do i go about reverting back to the previous version on steam?

I will be reporting any and all bugs i notice. thanks

Select "None" in the betas tab and use the Launcher/Tools/Clean game data... menu to clear out all V1.0 data.
