Upgrading Iron Bars

I made a A16 mod that added custom steel bars that also had the benefit of being able to loot through. If needed I can release that for A17, but if Stasis has it covered, cool

And 1 minute later, boom! he does!

In unity i edited the collider so it only covered most of the bars area, leave the gaps between the ends of the bars collider free. So you can loot through the gaps between bar blocks, but not fall through them. There are other was to do it, but this is cheap and clean.
