Unplayable! Please fix

Hello I paid 23€ and it's even didn't work! If I try to join my friend it's say: crating player and player is on height 171. I tried reinstall and even restart whole pc! Please fix or refund

 
Read the pinned topic about posting a problem. Specifically, we need you to post your log file using pastebin. Instructions are in the pinned thread. Once we can see your log, someone can probably suggest a fix. Without that log, no one can help. As for refunds, those are handled by Steam.
