PC Unknown scrappable item parts

I never paid attention to the scrappable item parts that I collected early on, but I have 4 stacks of unidentified types in my box in i think b149 and have carried over to b152. I didn't notice any changelog mention, but did SMGs used to have their own, and now use handguns and this is leftover?

This is a leftover from the change from B143 to B149 - all items within a perk now share the same "parts"....you can't keep the same game going from experimental build to experimental build and then ask why something is broken...
