The only way to add unique models is via SDX.
Starvation mod and Ravenhearst both have unique models, so you could try talking to their creators to see about adding some models into true survival.
I don't believe there are any mods with unique models on their own for zombies, and certainly not for A16.2 (which I believe True Survival is on).
