PC Underwater Base - is it possible?

I've been playing 7dtd the day it was released on console. From that monent I love building all kind of bases. I am up to a challenge and therefore I need help.
I want to build a underwater base. Problem is, I don't know the physics in this game. Is this possible? In the minecraft game (love that game too) I encounterd dozens of problems before my base was build. Water not flowing away, blocks collapsing.

Hope anyone can give me tips where I do have to begin.

yes it is possible you just have to scoop the water from the area you are building in so lots of buckets of jars. Ideally you should build a bit at a time and enclose it, then scoop water and then add to the building.
