PC Under A17, is it possible to combine items together any more?

Title says it all. I have about 5 compound bows, 3 wrenches, all level 1 and I want to repair/upgrade them together.

Is that possible any more?

 
It seems the devs have removed the combining feature in the workbench as the input boxes are no longer there at least for me there not.

 
Nope.

You can safely sell them or scrap them.

I think I prefer it to keeping chests full of weapons/parts in A16, just because you could possibly squeeze a few stats from them by tediously combining them all. Now I just watch trader stock and pray to the loot gods. Found a purple shotgun earlier today, so it must be working!
