PC Unable to use items in backpack

After updating to A19 I am unable to touch or use anything in my backpack. I removed all my A18 mods that affected pack size and everything, even added a backpack mod and nothing is working, anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

 
DId you follow the instructions from the link on the big red bar above your post?
