I do appolagise if this question was asked before but I couldn't find it anywhere. Needless to say I am new to this mod, for some reason I am unable to scrap items like empty cans. I am prety sure it's locked behind a perk but I couldn't find anything related. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appriciate it.
