Unable to join any games after game previously worked

I've been playing 7 Days both with friends and solo for weeks without any issues on the Navezgane map. Recently we wanted to try a generated map so we set one up. Everyone else could join except me, who would be stopped at the "creating player" section of the loading screen with a wall of red error text stating "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" over and over again multiple times a second. Did all the usual things to try and resolve this, restart 7D, restart PC, Clean install. Now I can't join any game of 7Days, pregen or otherwise, even the old saves are inaccesible due to the same errors. Even the player profile section bricks with error when I try to make a new profile to replace the old one I deleted. The only thing I've been unable to try is to wipe files via the 7 Days launcher. I ticked the "Do not show launcher" option when I started playing and cant find any documentation about re-enabling it.

Thank you, I opened the launcher up and used the clean function, which seems to have fixed all my issues. Still curious what the issue was and how it happened but either way, I can play again :)
