Windows Unable to craft Chemistry Station at 75% items needed

With craft settings at 75%, all items required by the recipe in inventory, I was unable to craft the Chemistry Bench. I know that you're working on the lowered crafting items needed and thought this may be related in some way so I'm doing a report.

Note: Adding additional items does give the ability to craft it, as in, adding everything you'd have needed at 100%.
