A Mod is currently only visible when "opening" the modded weapon/armor

Would be good if modded items have an icon indicating that they contain a mod currently.

Something like a little star ontop of their Inventory Icon.

Preferably as many stars as there are mods installed.

Makes it easier to spot the modified items in the inventory or storage container.

 
+1 Would be nice to have that little gear symbol on there or something, almost scrapped or sold a few mods that way myself.

 
If you just click on it, you can see the mods without having to modify it. But yes, I know what you mean, that's why I always color my modded items.

 
It would also be nice to have all the installed mod effects listed in a seperate tab on the item info area.

Not needed, but a QOL improvement.
