Two modding questions

The first question, is there a parameter or way to increase the height of grass, using xml assignment? If no, ok.

The second is there a parameter or way to assign a prefab in the prefab folder as a block.

Example the cars are prefabs but assigned as blocks. I would like to assign one of the sewer holes as a block recognition.

 
grass and cars are both models which means you cant really alter them

the car isnt a prefab in the PoI sense, its a single model with a multi dim property, so making a PoI into a block isnt possible.

thank you Royal just trying to see what rules can be used in other areas.

The grass is mainly for my Killing fields area in plains. At present I just have a lot of dead corn to hide in.

For the car/sewer hole reference, I thought about a post i read regarding potholes in street. The holes I place now would always offset so i just replaced the streets in the city with biome material.
