Tutorial for ingame editor?

Trying to create a prefab using ingame editor but can't work it out. Have built something in RWG and want to save it. I am using the "Z" command to create the box but it seems there is a height limit? Box won't go green or encompass all of the building (top to several layers underground).

Any help appreciated.

 
Yes i saw that but i am obviously not understanding some of it. Will watch it a couple of more times see if any of it sinks in. SIGH!!
