PC Transfer Save Game?

I am curious if you are able to transfer a saved game to someone else on Xbox. A friend of mine has been playing on my account but is going to be getting his own Xbox soon and wants to continue playing his game that he has been playing on my account. How can you make it where the game goes to his profile and not mine? Is that possible?

I would think the only way would be for your friend to login with your account on his Xbox, which then he would sync the cloud data and can load your save. 

As far as simply transferring the save to him and logging in as you, no, Xbox rules are strict about this, as you would need to edit the save data to have your ID rather than his.

Is there a way that I can play on someone else’s save? Like on Grounded, I shared my save with my brother so he can play alone or when I’m online. Is there a way to do that on 7?

On PC yeah, but our achievements and such are tied to player profile saves, which swapping around would grant achievement progress which both sony/ms don't like that. Plus you don't have access to files like that on consoles.
