PC Traders never sell mods or schematics?

Day 25, level 95, 4 points in Better Barter and Lucky Looter.

Not once have I seen a Trader selling a Mod or Mod schematic. Is this not a thing? I have visited all 5 Traders on Navesgane every 3 days and still none.

I got a headlamp mod last night for doing a trader quest, which I promptly installed on my iron helmet.

Full disclosure, I have 2 points into Daring Adventurer so I get to select from 4 quest rewards.

Oooh. I've never bothered with quests after the first one I did, Too little Exp reward for the effort.

My group does the quests because they lead us all over the maps, which means we get a lot of hunting/looting done, and they lead to good POIs for a throwdown, or they lead to a nice chest full of sellable loot. It's an excuse to get out and roam, without just picking a city to sack. We pretty much spend 5 days doing quests and then 2 upgrading/prepping the fight base.
