Traders missing secret stash

I play on a non-modded vanilla world, I host it just with a few friends and the traders have no secret stash. The category is missing, I believe I did see in in day 1-2 but after that I haven't seen it since. Neither have any of my friends.

Yeah, it was removed in A21. There is no longer a Secret Stash.

Buy them...
I've seen Solar Cells in their sales inventory a few times in A21.

They'll appear in the building/construction tab (bricks and hammer icon) of the trader's inventory, once they start showing up. I've only seen one appear at a time per trader, and traders won't always have them. I've been able to buy two so far.
