PC Trader won't offer tier 5 quests - Solutions?

I've just done the Tier 4 clear and driven the obnoxious 2.5km to open up another trade line.  But upon returning home I found that my trader won't give tier 5 quests.

Does this mean that there are no Tier 5 PoIs near me?  Maybe even none in the world? 😯

Assuming that's the case, is this something I can fix?  I've never used the World Editor before but could I load up my RWG world in it, place some T5 PoIs, and my guy would start giving quests?

 
You need to wait for the next day to get the higher tier quests, did you?

Other than that, hasn't happened to me, so can't really help..

 
Yeahhh, I was just really jumping to conclusions there.  I had to wait until the next day like you said, and I have Tier 5 locations all over it looks like.  I was kind of astonished when I thought I might not have them, since my world is mostly city.

Oh well, that last Tier 4 I ran after the clear actually gave me some pretty good rewards.
