Trader Quest Rewards

This modlet is based on Madmole having said he's upping XP and dukes by 5x and 3x respectively for all trader quest rewards. However this change is going to be in 17.1, and as I'm not sure when that will be out, I wanted to play with those changes in place now, hence I made this modlet to do just that. I have to say it makes questing far more rewarding to do, in A17 stable I've been ignoring the quests up until now.

Thank you so much, I've been waiting for something like this. Now they are, probably as the developers intended, an enrichment of the game.

Without this moddlet, the quests were more or less a waste of time.
