Trader Jen would not give me a quest with Bob's location. I checked on the forum and it appears that Trader Bob is missing from the Pregen04kA world map. I confirmed this using the POI teleporter.
My fix:
1. Go to steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Worlds\Pregen04kA
2. Open prefabs.xml
3. Scroll to the end of the file.
4. Paste the following line just above the </prefabs> tag.
<decoration type="model" name="trader_bob" position="1255,35,-906" rotation="0" y_is_groundlevel="true" />
5. Save the file.
6. (optional) If you have already visited that location, you need to reset the chunk at that location To do that, go to the location marker from the quest given by Jen, open the console (F1), activate the debug mode (type dm and then press Enter), and finally type cr and press Enter.
