So I am currently tier 5, but I'm only able to do to tier 1 2 and 3 missions. This happened whenever I had to go to the snow biome. To open my trader route. It would only give me tier 3 and didn't go to tier 4 like it should have. I continued going through it all doing tier 3 missions. Thinking it would fix itself when I got to tier 5 and went to Joel. Unfortunately it didn't now. I'm tier 5, but only have access to tier 1 2 and 3. Is there any way to fix this? Or do I have to start a completely new world? And is this a common glitch?
