Tier 4 quests are not refreshing on the new day. The quests unlocked as normal, but have failed to repopulate after two new days. Tier 3 quests are repopulating as normal. Trader Jen, burnt forest, default map

- I don't know if there was anything specific, I just progressed to tier 4 as normal and did the original quests generated
