Windows Tier 1 Pass`n Gas Store 09 has serious balance issues

This is a balance report, because you can notice it very clearly if you do lots and lots of POI and this one stands apart .
I will begin with the problems:

1. Floor plant of the place is a bit too big for a Tier 1 ( alright, this alone can be ok to save resources) yet it contributes to the safety of the experience, maybe too much so.

2. It has too many whole cars, too many overall cars, it far exceeds any Tier 1 POI when compared to. Too many fuel pumps to harvest and loot too.

3. Too many air conditioner units on the roof. Just too many.

3. It has too much salvage yield, as a result of points 2 and 3: double de quantity of electrical/mechanical compared to most of the other Tier 1 POI on average. It doesn't shy away in plastic either. This paired with the poor amount of zds makes it a gold mine.

4. While its difficulty is somewhat accurate on paper, as its precise amount of zds is under parameters for a TIER 1, they are too spread and far apart, making the POI extremely easy due to the easy wide floor plant. Loot also seems artificially streched thin over the huge area, it doesn't feel rewarding to hunt the final loot as you basically get just the box (other items spread around the place too much).

The solution to this is to create another Tier 1 Pass´n Gas Store 09 and turn this one into at least a Tier II POI, more zds, better loot handling and a bit harder than it is now. It just reeks at a crippled Tier II POI as of right now.

Usually, a balance issue doesn't warrant a report, but this one is so blunt to the senses that it becomes loud as a screamer zd in a bachelorette party.
 
Reproduction Steps
Enter that POI and you can go with a salvage tool too. Notice the unbalance and the amount of resources you get, the cars, the air conditioner units, etc. Looks like a TIER 2 POI that has been crippled and because of that its loot is too far apart, the place is a breeze and looks out of standard vs its peers.

1. The floor plan of the POI, is as small as it can get. Even with the "backyard",

2.While it has 2 pumps to harvest, usually only one of them, is lootable for fuel. Cars also respawn at random, when you reset the POI for questing.

3. AC units, I find them OK.

4. While one could argue it is more a tier 2 than a tier 1, the amount of zombies tells it is a tier 1. And a house is still larger.


Remember that, to be able to wrench down all of the above, you still need a wrench to do so, unless you have a super easy game, they do not grow on trees... At least, not untill you can craft them ;-)

Oh, and I find it usefull for easy access to plastic, some basic food supplies and cloth...


and it is a decent building to operate from, on the first horde night.

Just my thought about the POI.



If you really want to point out a POI that is flawed, look no further than the motel with shops built into it. Tier 3, huge blueprint, 20 zombies. As infested mission.
