There is no way to unlock the entire map/download it in high resolution

I created a max distance world with RWG along with a lot of activity. In the game, I cannot zoom the map to a 1:1 ratio. So I'm thinking of having

А. A fully open map in the game
B. A map as a picture that I can zoom in at high resolution.

This is basically critical as the game does not have an advanced map system where I could for example hide a group of inscriptions in one of the cities. (I plan to write notes in photoshop with folders, it's easier for me)

visitmap apparently doesn't work on A21. Already checked. I hope it can be affected, but I have not yet found a mod that would open me the whole map

The game disables WarFog which was enabled via Debug Mode after restarting the world. Isn't there a command to fix this?

I managed to download the main map in full size, but height map to do the same is almost unrealistic because the modder does not provide that the player will want to download it. The best solution was to change the output GPU mode on my video card. And a screenshot of the entire area. This is certainly not the original size. But hopefully 4096 is enough to normally see the elevations on the map (Map size 10240)

There is something unimaginably dumb when I have to create a map myself for advanced customization because the game doesn't give me enough tools lol

Visitmap works fine on servers. It isn't intended to show you the map for your player. It is designed to uncover the visible map in the web console. Part of the struggle of survival is not being able to see the whole map. There is even a limit to how much map your player can uncover, and as you explore new areas after reaching that limit, the oldest learned areas will fall off. Kind of like you lose the memory of them because you haven't been there in a while.

Going to move this to Pimp Dreams since it has nothing to do with getting support for the client. Game is working as intended, and that just isn't how you wish for it to work.
